FIS UNIVERSITY FULL TIME PROGRAM 
Develop your professional, technical and interpersonal skills alongside the best and brightest in the fintech industry.

Our Full-Time FIS University Program is designed to give you responsibility. There are continuous assessment points within the program that help us track your progress and reward high performance.  Training is tailored to each business area and once you are settled, your responsibilities will increase and some decision-making will be swiftly transferred to you.

We welcome any and all types of candidates for this entry-level program, including those who are returning to the workforce, making career transitions, or who have recently completed military service, to name a few. You do not have to be a recent college graduate to join this program. FIS offers an entrepreneurial environment that fosters continued learning and personal growth.  We are committed to helping you achieve your career goals, however, your ultimate success at FIS is dependent upon your hard work and ambition.
