Collaboration is key for Somesh Chablani, global head of Go-to-Market. In many aspects of his life, Somesh strives to create the connections that have a positive impact for everyone.
It’s these collaborations that help drive his success at FIS®. Focusing on client-facing teams, partners and solution management, Somesh helps plan, execute and launch new solutions and services. But he couldn’t do it without his team – the “connecting tissue” – he explains. It’s their collective strength that allows him to have such a direct and company-wide impact on development and revenue growth.
“It’s our people who make things happen,” Somesh says. “Creating an environment of collaboration, open communication and appreciation is the foundation of all my department initiatives and goals.”
Somesh is a certified personal financial educator, who is active in the FIS Junior Achievement program, among his involvement in several other FIS community-giving initiatives. So whether he’s promoting financial literacy in local schools or helping steer the ways FIS impacts the world of finance, Somesh is thinking about a bright and exciting future with the power of people in mind.
