Call Center


​​​​Everything we do is for our 3 Cs – our clients, colleagues and communities.  That said, it’s no surprise that client support roles account for more of our hires than any other group in the organization.  Our Call Center colleagues support all our major client groups – banking, payments and investments – as our first line of service solutions.  Depending on severity and complexity, these colleagues may resolve the issue at hand or escalate the call to our Client Services group.  These roles allow our Call Center colleagues to learn our business and products from the ground up, while delivering great value to our clients and providing a strong foundation for a fulfilling career with FIS.
